Abstract This capstone project examines the software engineering
internship experience as part of ServiceNow's summer internship program. This
project highlights my time spent working under the persistence organization
on a product named Instance Data Replication. The focus of this capstone will
be to examine my work as it relates to engineering development process,
project outcome, challenges faced, and lessons learned. The project I was
assigned was to use REST API and create a feature which allows ServiceNow
instances to remotely diagnose issues on a connected IDR network. |
