Abstract For my capstone project I was tasked with the
integration of the CyberTracker mobile client with ArcGIS online. I set out on this because of the numerous benefits
of using ArcGIS as a backend for a data capture application: including grant
access of services to conservation groups which would allow said conservation
groups to reduce costs, and the existence of a large user base which could be
leveraged to expand the usage of CyberTracker mobile client. As a result of my efforts, I created a workflow
which can be used to create projects hosted on ArcGIS which can be accessed
and used by CyberTracker mobile client to capture data in the field. My work was significant because it successfully
demonstrated integration between CyberTracker mobile client and ArcGIS, and
by doing so laid the foundation for future work on the project. |
