"Secure Crowdsensing and the AWARE Framework"

Abstract

In preparation for the research group's multi-year NSF funded project focusing on security, privacy, and incentivization as it pertains to crowdsensing applications, this project utilizes the AWARE framework and a Bad Actor Package to simulate nefarious study participants while capturing Android-based crowdsensing data for the study. This app and data will be used in future studies to research detection methods of various attack types and to challenge existing detection algorithms.
